When you request a project build via our Intake Form, we collect:
- Your name (for identification and messages)
- Your email address (for status alerts and deliverable verification links)
- Your Discord handle (optional, to connect client chat rooms)
- Your project specifications, budget brackets, and deadline parameters
2. How We Use Your Data
We use collected information solely to scope projects, schedule discovery meetings, process order completions, and deliver active build files. We never share, sell, or rent customer email addresses or specs to third-party databases.
3. Data Storage & Lifespan
Intake information is logged securely inside our relational database and piped to our staff-only Discord channel. Order records are stored for administrative tracking and version update reference. You can request record purging at any time.
4. Third-Party Integrations
Our pipeline integrates with Discord (via Webhooks/OAuth) for system channels, and email servers for transaction dispatch. These partners maintain independent privacy policies.
